To begin with, we require the precise measurements of the replacement mirror you wish to buy, such as 1530mm by 968mm (60.27" by 38.12"). To produce extremely accurate mirrors, we employ a CNC machine-controlled cutting procedure. A cutout in the mirror for a washbasin tap is one example of an unconventional shape you can request. We can create any shape you want if you give us your specifications. You can make a sketch, a paper template, or send us an AutoCAD file.

Examine all the requirements for your new mirror. Re-measuring and double-checking the sizes, options, and specifications is strongly advised before manufacturing gets started. If any changes are required, please get in touch with us. If everything appears to be in order, we'll send you the final production drawing and invoice for you to approve before we begin manufacturing.

Typically, it takes three to four weeks to complete the production of your custom mirror, but if necessary, we can frequently speed things up for a surcharge. For the best possible quality, we manufacture products in accordance with the most stringent industry standards for quality control. We only employ highly skilled, thoroughly vetted, and well-respected transportation companies when shipping mirrors. After we've packaged and shipped your order, we'll give you a tracking number or shipping reference so you can get in touch with the shipping company to schedule a delivery time.

Ordering Grand Mirrors carries no risk. If your mirror is damaged when it is delivered, we will gladly accept its return and replace it at no additional cost. Any delivery defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, per our terms and conditions.
